Well, we are done for today. We used up all of our time for today since we did not take a full ten hour sleep last night, so we did not get a full 11 hours drivetime back today. It might seem like a halfday to ya’ll, but remember, we started at 415AM this morning:) So, according to my time, we have put in a full 11 hour day already:) Be ready to roll on through Fort Worth tomorrow and we will take the backroads up to Amarillo:) This was our view this morning as we roamed around Houston.
We woke up to a burned out headlight this morning, but had no time to get it replaced. Now that we have made our delivery, we need to put fuel in the trailer, buy a headlight, and get a gallon of oil:) Oh, don’t forget the coffee! We start our next trip right now! Did ya’ll see the beautiful sunrise this morning? If not, I took a pic and will post it shortly. We arrived and was able to roll right in almost an hour early! They only have 4 pallets to unload, so we may just get out of here early….and be right on time to play in the morning rush hour traffic LOL Morning! Find coffee first, then let’s roll on into our delivery. Hopefully it will be a quick unload since we are only 3,750 pounds! I think we are at the lightest ever! See? TK being retired does make a difference! LOL |
