Welcome to our campsite for tonight in Peculiar, Missouri, just a handful of miles south of Kansas City. I know we do not stand a chance of getting a parking spot at the Flying Hook in Kansas City, and North of KC, there really is nothing for a truckstop, so I decided here would be a good place to stop. We will finish the trip tomorrow – so be up and ready with coffee in your paws and ready to roll with a packed lunch on board! Morning to ya Road Crew! Today we will run through the backroads of Oklahoma and see how far we can get towards Wisconsin. The day is heating up around here and the allergies are pretty high. Let’s fuel up our trailer, get some allergy medicine, and good coffee:) |
